You assume full responsibility for your actions and safety.

5. Third-Party Services and Accommodation Bookings

The App may include links, integrations, widgets, maps, listings and services provided by third parties, including Stay22, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com.

Destination Surf may display accommodation options, pricing, availability, maps and booking links supplied by third-party providers through integrations such as the Stay22 interactive accommodation map. This information is provided for convenience only.

Destination Surf does not own, operate, manage, verify or control accommodation providers, booking platforms, properties, listings, pricing, availability, reservations, cancellations, refunds, customer service or other services offered by third parties.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, pricing, descriptions, reviews, locations or booking information supplied by third-party providers.

Destination Surf is not responsible or liable for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, booking failures, reservation errors, double bookings, cancellations, overbookings, payment issues, pricing discrepancies, refund disputes, accommodation-related problems, or any loss arising from information supplied by Stay22, Booking.com or any other third-party provider.
